TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before you confirm your booking please review our terms & conditions. 

1. To ensure the event is reserved we require the client to pay a non-refundable and non- transferrable deposit of £50. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance and is not an additional fee. The booking is not 100% secure until your deposit has been paid. 

2. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the wedding date. We will not be able to commit to the makeup if the payment is not received.

3. All trials need to be paid either in cash or by bank transfer before the day. We do not accept bank transfers after the trial has taken place.

4. Travel is included up to a 20 miles from postcode BH15 4NU. Excess travel is charged at 45p a mile. 

5. At peak times (April-October) a minimum of 3 people are required. Bespoke packages for brides only and smaller bridal parties are available upon request.

6. Any amendments to the original booking within 8 weeks of the due date will still be charged as per the original booking. 

7. Allocated time slots on the day must be adhered to. 

8. Bridal contract must be completed and returned to us​ 5 days prior to your big day.  

9. If you have any skin conditions or allergies seek advice from your GP before booking. 

10. To secure your occasion makeup session you are required to pay a non-refundable non-transferable £10.00 deposit.
